Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally filled within 2 business days of receipt. An additional 2 – 7 days are required for delivery after fulfillment on most orders. We ship through the best carrier available and shipping methods and times vary depending on final destination.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. You can also log on to your BubbleBird account and find information on all of your orders.
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are outlined as follows:

*All standard orders receive a $10 future product credit. Orders with subtotals of $60 and up receive a $15 future product credit. All product credits are good for six months from the date of purchase. Hostess rewards and starter kits do not generate future product credits.
What is your Shipping Credit Program?
To offset the cost of shipping and as a thank you to our customers, we’ve developed the following Shipping Credit Program:
- All orders receive a $10 future product credit
- Orders with a subtotal of $60 and up receive a $15 future product credit
- Hostess orders and starter kits do not generate future product credits

How do I request a return, exchange or refund?
BubbleBird offers a 100% thirty day money back guarantee for all customer orders. If you are a customer unsatisfied with your order, you can contact your independent consultant or contact us directly. Shipping fees are not refundable. For returns, replacements or missing items, log into your account, go to “My Orders” and click on the order in question to access our online return request form. You can also email us at [email protected] or call us at (630) 910-4827. If you are a consultant and not 100% satisfied with your order, you should refer to section 6 of our Policies & Procedures. What payment methods are accepted?
For online transactions we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All credit card transactions for online orders are processed in the USA.
