Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
- We ship from Woodridge, IL
- Typical order processing is done Monday - Friday at 9am and 12pm CST. This excludes holidays, high volume sales days such as Black Friday. Any order made after 12pm CST Friday will be processed on Monday at 9 am.
- If customer request a cancellation after the order has been processed, the order must be returned by the customer in the exact condition in which it was sent. The customer covers the return costs. After receiving the order, the customer will receive a refund on the cancelation. This is NOT our refund policy.
- Any order's total weight is below 1 lb will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Any order over 1 lb will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (depending on shipment destination). All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to the customer on the email on file.
- Please review and ensure that the shipping address is correct address. We are NOT responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund you your original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you re-submit your order.
